Context

When using the RTB House connector in Adverity, you may notice that certain metric columns — such as videoCompleteViews, audioCompleteListens, viewabilityMeasurability, viewabilityViewability, userFrequency, userReach, and visitsCount — are not available for selection, even though you expect them to be present in your reports.

Answer

The available metrics in the RTB House connector are fetched dynamically from the RTB House API. Adverity does not hard-code a fixed list of metrics. This means that only the fields that are enabled on your RTB House advertiser account will appear as selectable options in Adverity.

If specific metric columns are missing, the resolution is to contact your RTB House account representative and request that the relevant feature columns be enabled on your advertiser account. Once enabled on the RTB House side, those fields should become available in the connector.

Please note that some fields — such as video completion metrics — may not be available through the RTB House API at all, in which case they cannot be retrieved regardless of account settings.

In the meantime, if these fields are urgently needed for your reporting and you are able to obtain the data in another format, you can manually ingest it into Adverity using one of the following connectors:

• File

• Google Sheets

• Google Drive
